Hello all! So today I’m getting back on the horse and starting my health/fitness life style again. I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish and just icky so I wanted to get healthy again. I’m going Gluten Free and really trying hard to stick to a good low carb diabetic diet. I took a picture today of my body to show all I’m not ashamed of my body now but am not proud of where I am! As of today I am 5’8.5 and weigh 147. Not bad but I would love to be toned! Ill be posting again what I eat and exercise and such! Wishing all good luck on their journeys! Xoxox

Choices..

As from now on every week I am going to have a theme. This week the theme is CHOICES. I will be posting thing within this theme. Let me know what you guys think! 

Always remember, you are in control of everything you do, and it is ultimately a choice because no one forces you to not work out or to eat unhealthy!  If we all can remember this, we will feel stronger and more in control and will be able to more easily reach success!! With that being said, we all know we have to WORK OUR BUTTS OFF in order to achieve whatever fitness goal we desire. This journey isn’t easy, and will require dedication and hard work, but as you know if you keep working hard the end payoff is even greater than you’d expect!
