Hello all! So today I’m getting back on the horse and starting my health/fitness life style again. I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish and just icky so I wanted to get healthy again. I’m going Gluten Free and really trying hard to stick to a good low carb diabetic diet. I took a picture today of my body to show all I’m not ashamed of my body now but am not proud of where I am! As of today I am 5’8.5 and weigh 147. Not bad but I would love to be toned! Ill be posting again what I eat and exercise and such! Wishing all good luck on their journeys! Xoxox
