Starting Fresh..
So Starting tomorrow there a bunch of positive new things happening in my life and I want to share them with you! :)

no i have not fallen off the earth..
Last friday I went to the hospital because of diabetic DKA all due to my ED. It was probably the lowest moment in my life. I collapsed in the shower and we had to call EMS to come get me. I stayed in the hospital for 5 days.. i’m so ashamed but i’m getting more and more help which is great! keep me in your hearts and prayers guys!

Kinda a sad day...
So today i decided to not be a full time student next semester.. My ED has just taken so much of my life that it made me fail two of my classes. I just feel like i need to get help and focus more on my health. I think over all this is a really positive thing i am doing but at the same time i’m just so sad that i let it get this bad. I want to be like every other 20 year old student and go to...

Goals
just some simple goals for this week. nothing big but I feel like by taking baby steps back into things will help me get back on track.
GOALS:
no eating after scheduled night snack
walk everyday (I would try running but i’m having feet problems due to stupid diabetic stuff)
write down everything I eat.
NO DRINKING! shouldn’t be a problem cause i have study for finals this weekend...

DECEMBER 1st
Not only is today my BIRTHDAY! But its the 1st and i’m 20 years young today. Starting NOW is change for all things good. New page, New decade of life, clean slate. I don’t want any ED to hold me back anymore. I deserve so so much in life and only good things are coming my way. :)
