No Problem! :)

As far as a plan this is what I try to do so i don’t feel deprived

Breakfast @ 8am

Lunch @ noon

Snack 1 @ 3pm

Dinner @ 6pm

Snack @ 9 or 10 pm

Some days I get really hungry in the afternoon so i’ll have two smaller snacks at 2pm and 4pm. Hope thats the answer you were looking for! good luck and please feel free to ask anymore questions! :)
